Individual Therapy

One-on-one therapy sessions are tailored to your specific needs. In one of the first sessions, we will discuss what’s bringing you in and discuss your unique goals for your time in therapy. Some of my individual specialties include:

Navigating Life Transitions

  • Just moved to a new city? Started a new job? Retired? Started or graduated from college? Just had a new baby? Or maybe all your children have grown up and you’ve officially become an empty-nester? Change can be hard. Together we can work to navigate these transitions smoothly.

Anxiety

  • Do you tend to feel anxious or nervous, over small or big things? Maybe you just had a panic attack and aren’t sure what to do. We can work together to not only manage these symptoms, but try to figure out the root of them as well.

Depression

  • Do you feel like you fall into deep feelings of sadness or worthlessness that you can’t seem to just “snap out of?" Having thoughts that are starting to really worry you? Let’s work together to talk through where it’s coming from and work on getting you to a more stable place.

Trauma

  • Have you experienced something traumatic that is affecting your day-to-day life? Are you constantly reliving it? Is it impacting your relationships? In a safe and sensitive way, we can work together to help you heal and take back control.
